We send your jewelry by tracked letter or Colissimo, allowing you to track your packages.

  • Delivery within France - 4 to 6 business days
  • Delivery within the European Union - 4 to 10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5 to 15 business days

We love traveling the world, so we deliver everywhere. Delivery times vary between 48 hours and 10 days depending on the country and region.

Everything's going to be alright! We'll find that little package.

Firstly, we invite you to ask your neighbors and caretaker to check that they have not collected your package.

If there's still no sign of life... Go to your post office with the tracking number so they can tell you where your package is.

If after all this we still haven't received the package, which is very frustrating for us, please contact us by email at sav@huguetteparis.com

Our jewelry is designed to be water-resistant thanks to a thick gold plating suitable for everyday wear. However, to preserve its shine over time, we simply advise you to avoid prolonged contact with water.

Rings, in particular, can develop micro-scratches over time, as we use our hands a lot and the patina process can accelerate with water.

By taking a few extra precautions, you can ensure the beauty and durability of your jewelry without worry.

We work with two companies specializing in online transactions (PayPal & Stripe) that encrypt all your bank details. It's impossible for your bank information to be hacked. It's a secret between you and us, we promise!
