The position: You will join the team to handle e-shop logistics and customer service. The role involves working alongside our current logistics manager , with progressive skills development and real opportunities for career advancement .

Missions:

Logistics & Orders

  • Preparing e-shop orders with care and precision
  • Compliance check before shipment
  • Orders are placed with the carriers.
  • Shipment tracking and anomaly management
  • Anticipating restocking needs and alerts about stockouts

Customer service / After-sales service

  • Customer Service Email Inbox Management
  • Responding to clients via email, telephone, and occasionally in person
  • Processing of returns, exchanges, refunds and repairs
  • Applying after-sales service processes in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Gathering customer pain points to improve the experience

Inventory management

  • Receiving stock and checking quantities
  • Product distribution (e-shop, store, stockrooms)
  • Organizing and maintaining a clear and tidy inventory
  • Managing restocking and participating in inventories

Profile: organized, rigorous, reliable, with a strong customer service focus. Previous experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service is a plus.
