The position: You will join the team to handle e-shop logistics and customer service. The role involves working alongside our current logistics manager , with progressive skills development and real opportunities for career advancement .
Missions:
Logistics & Orders
- Preparing e-shop orders with care and precision
- Compliance check before shipment
- Orders are placed with the carriers.
- Shipment tracking and anomaly management
- Anticipating restocking needs and alerts about stockouts
Customer service / After-sales service
- Customer Service Email Inbox Management
- Responding to clients via email, telephone, and occasionally in person
- Processing of returns, exchanges, refunds and repairs
- Applying after-sales service processes in a professional and courteous manner.
- Gathering customer pain points to improve the experience
Inventory management
- Receiving stock and checking quantities
- Product distribution (e-shop, store, stockrooms)
- Organizing and maintaining a clear and tidy inventory
- Managing restocking and participating in inventories
Profile: organized, rigorous, reliable, with a strong customer service focus. Previous experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service is a plus.
