Why this name? We decided to retrace the important years in the life of Huguette, my grandmother.
The great encounter.
It's the height of the Algerian War, and my grandfather Christian, a paratrooper in the army, has just been granted leave. He decides to go to Paris to relax. Only there for a few weeks, he and some friends decide to have their portraits taken by a photographer.
Do you remember bracelet No. 2 - 1941? Yes... Huguette, my grandmother was a photographer at that time.
She then saw a group of men enter her photo studio. Among them was a tall, handsome man with a dark complexion, green eyes, and jet-black hair. It was love at first sight.
After taking a few photos, they decided to meet up in the evening.
